Campaigner – Farmed Animals (m/f/d)

Your contribution will be
- Planning, implementing and evaluating national and international campaigns, projects and events in the German and French speaking region of Switzerland for farmed animal topics
- Researching and developing content for website, social media, newsletters etc, and occasionally media interviews
- Being the project manager for selected campaign-related cross-departmental project team/s
- Being the principal contact for all relevant farmed animal issues, in collaboration with team members
- Representing FOUR PAWS in animal welfare relevant coalitions
- Monitoring relevant developments in the field of farmed animal welfare, consumption, legislation, politics, and economy
Your profile ideally illustrates
- Relevant professional and/or educational qualification and/or experience in farmed animal welfare (e.g. agronomy, veterinarian, politics, biology, etc.)
- Experience in campaigning and project management
- Experience with using social media for campaigns is an asset
- Excellent German and very good English skills required, with good French considered an asset
- Proficient in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Knowledge of the Swiss animal welfare situation (preferably farmed animals)
- Proactive, flexible and ‘can do’ attitude
- Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission
