Your contribution will be
- Assisting with the development and implementation of an internal communication concept for FOUR PAWS colleagues worldwide according to the organisation’s overall strategy
- Contributing to the cascade of essential information to all levels at FOUR PAWS
- Creating content in cooperation with the various FOUR PAWS departments and entities and composing linguistically adequate texts and editorial articles and visually appealing presentations
- Organising and facilitating internal formats & events and implementing internal measures on different internal communication channels
- Creating and launching new internal communication formats and products
- Community management and continuous optimisation of internal communications channels, in particular, the intranet
- Measuring and reporting on the usage of internal communication tools through analytics and other methods, as well as following trends and best practices in internal communications
Your profile ideally illustrates
- Successfully completed studies with a focus on communications, public relations or comparable education
- Professional experience in internal corporate communications, writing & editing and in the maintenance of an intranet (preferably experience in SharePoint)
- Experience in curating communication measures for a diverse range of internal stakeholders like office-based staff, non-office-based staff and leadership communication
- Background in developing new internal communication formats and channels
- Experience in organising and facilitating internal communication meetings & events
- Proven excellent knowledge in the conception and creation of texts for different target groups
- Very good linguistic and stylistic skills in spoken and written English
- Basic picture editing skills are a plus
- Ability to work proactively and independently with joy to work within a team

- Maternity leave cover, contract limited to 1 year with the possibility of extension upon mutual agreement
- The yearly gross salary range for this position is EUR 41,000 - EUR 45,000 (full-time base (40 hours per week), consisting of 14 payments) according to our internal compensation scheme.
