Your contribution will be

• Organising the reception in our Hamburg office, greeting our visitors and handling post and parcels
• Preparing meeting rooms for events
• Organising and handling visits from external parties (e.g. tradespeople)
• Managing the stock of office consumables
• Being responsible for incoming and outgoing mail and parcel dispatch
• Supporting the back office team with other administrative tasks and the donation service in communicating with donors

Your profile ideally illustrates

• First professional experience in office management an advantage
• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Very good German and good English skills
• Independent, careful and structured way of working
• Strong social and intercultural skills
• Great affinity to animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission
