
Assistant to Director Australia (m/f/d)

Your contribution will be
- Managing the flow of information from stakeholders and prepare briefings for the Director on a variety of topics
- Assisting with stakeholder management and following up on behalf of the National Director
- Scheduling and coordinating a busy calendar and inbox, resolving diary conflicts
- Facilitating project meetings and ensuring project milestones are on track
- Assisting with the preparation of compelling presentations
- Coordinating and collating content for monthly reports, including collation of submissions from various teams
Your profile ideally illustrates
- Paid experience in a similar role
- Proven success supporting Leadership, with excellent time management and project coordination skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks
- Proficiency preparing various documents (presentations, agendas, minutes, letters, internal briefings, reports etc.)
- Superior interpersonal skills, a collaborative and positive attitude, and the ability to build relationships with people at all levels of the business
- Strong organisational and project management skills and ability to respond flexibly to changing work demands
- Experience with or working knowledge of Salesforce CRM desirable
- Intermediate MS Excel user desirable
- Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission
