Your contribution will be

• Managing the flow of information from stakeholders and prepare briefings for the Director on a variety of topics
• Assisting with stakeholder management and following up on behalf of the National Director
• Scheduling and coordinating a busy calendar and inbox, resolving diary conflicts
• Facilitating project meetings and ensuring project milestones are on track
• Assisting with the preparation of compelling presentations
• Coordinating and collating content for monthly reports, including collation of submissions from various teams

Your profile ideally illustrates

• Paid experience in a similar role
• Proven success supporting Leadership, with excellent time management and project coordination skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks
• Proficiency preparing various documents (presentations, agendas, minutes, letters, internal briefings, reports etc.)
• Superior interpersonal skills, a collaborative and positive attitude, and the ability to build relationships with people at all levels of the business
• Strong organisational and project management skills and ability to respond flexibly to changing work demands
• Experience with or working knowledge of Salesforce CRM desirable
• Intermediate MS Excel user desirable
• Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission
