Your contribution will be
- Designing and developing further the Compliance Management System, incl. ICS
- Creating and overseeing programmes to ensure the organisation complies with external and internal regulative and ethical standards
- Providing guidance and advice on compliance and integrity matters
- Developing and revising the Code of Conduct and other compliance-related policies and guidelines
- Creating and providing ongoing trainings on ethical and compliance standards to ensure understanding of the individual role in maintaining a culture of integrity and adherence to compliance requirements
- Reporting on compliance efforts and providing guidance to management on how to foster an ethical work environment
Your profile ideally illustrates
- Several years of relevant professional experience and track record in implementing compliance frameworks
- NGO experience preferred
- University degree, preferably in law, business law, business administration, or economics; qualification in Compliance and/or in Risk Management is desirable
- Full proficiency in English; advanced proficiency in German is a plus
- Reliable and discreet personality with a strong work ethic
- Accurate and structured working style with attention to detail
- Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission
