We are looking for a pro-active and driven Online & Social media colleague who creates an impact with our stories.

In this role, you contribute, with all online channels, to the growth, activation, inspiration and fundraising of our supporters and the strengthening of our brand in the Netherlands. You talk about our mission and you touch, motivate and inspire a broad audience. You know better than anyone how to convert followers into fans.
 

Your contribution will be

• Managing and developing the website (www.vier-voeters.nl), keeping the content up-to-date and report data
• Developing a social media strategy that fits our mission and target groups and our marketing and fundraising goals for the coming years
• Managing and monitoring all digital channels, including Facebook, Instagram and the digital newsletter
• Increasing our brand awareness through targeted digital marketing activities
• Managing and advising on the community management of all VIER VOETERS social media
• Advising the fundraising and campaigning colleagues on the use of online channels
• Translating the core of our campaigns and current affairs into strong and appealing stories for our followers
• Developing inspiring and effective content through images and text
• Analysing the monthly online results and make recommendations to optimise our approach
• Staying informed of everything that is happening in the online world
• Effortlessly responding to current events, timing and speed is key

Your profile ideally illustrates

• A completed HBO-education in the field of digital media and communication is a plus
• Excellent writing skills adapted to different target groups with the right tone of voice
• Creativity, focused on results and stress-resistant
• Knowledge of and experience with SEO, Google Analytics, CANVA and content management systems
• Experience in the field of social media management
• Hands-on mentality and thinking in solutions
• Excellent command of Dutch and English, spoken and written
• Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission

Our offer includes

• The opportunity to truly contribute to global animal welfare
• A contract limited to 1 year, with the intention to extend
• A salary based on the guidelines of our internal compensation scheme and the guidelines of Goede Doelen Nederland
• 8% holiday allowance
• 25 annual leave days (based on a fulltime (40-hour) work week)
