Donors Development and Retention Officer (m/f/d)

Your contribution will be
- Producing and implementing fundraising strategy and optimisation practices for donor development and retention together with the Team Lead Fundraising and team
- Developing our regular giving program, including upgrade and reactivation strategies
- Developing and implementing digital and offline legacies campaigns and designing processes to handle incoming legacies requests
- Supporting fundraising acquisition campaigns for various channels throughout the year, including face to face and DRTV, in collaboration with the Individual Giving Coordinator and agencies
- Producing content for digital and offline campaigns within the scope of work
- Defining CRM segmentation and optimisation needs and timeline implementation
- Monitoring and evaluating campaigns budget together with the Team Lead Fundraising
- Producing and providing clear, actionable fundraising evaluation reports and undertaking KPIs and ROI analysis to support strategic decision making
- Actively suggesting solutions and initiatives to support our fundraising development
Your profile ideally illustrates
- Several years of experience developing fundraising or marketing campaigns
- Direct experience in executing fundraising campaigns, with monitoring and evaluation indicators
- Understanding of measurement tools, analytics, and best practices in fundraising
- Strong organisational and project management skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- Fluent in English required, as well as very good writing skills in French;
- Strong communications skills in English and French to interact with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work fully autonomously and / or together in a team environment with a collaborative mindset and experts in their scope
- Good knowledge of the non-profit sector and current fundraising trends
- Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission

- A minimum gross salary of 48,000 EUR per year (full-time base, consisting of 12 payments) negotiable depending on qualifications, skills and professional experience relevant for the position

- Position based in Montrouge (92), travel in France may be required
