Office Aide (m/f/d)

Your contribution will be

  • Providing administrative support to the Swiss office, including welcoming visitors and guests
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Overseeing order in the office, especially reception, kitchen and meeting areas, and taking care of office plants
  • Receiving deliveries and managing the stock of office supplies
  • Maintaining inventory of FOUR PAWS stationery and marketing material
  • Undertaking other duties and responsibilities as assigned

 

Your profile ideally illustrates

  • Friendly manners and enjoy contact with people
  • Structured and reliable way of working
  • Basic knowledge of German (ability to communicate in everyday situations and understand basic instructions)
  • Enjoy caring for plants (green thumb)
  • Motivated team player
  • Ability to lift light weights (up to 5-15kg) as part of the role
  • Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission
  • Ability to work physically in the office at least 4 mornings per week
