Your contribution will be

• Providing excellent customer service by answering our donors and other interested persons questions about FOUR PAWS, handing complaints and finding solutions as well as any kind of enquiries with a focus on German and French language
• Working closely with other members of the Front Office team to handle a high volume of donor related calls, emails, and post. Follow up the dossiers
• Maintaining databases by entering and amending donor information as necessary
• Providing administrative support to the Swiss office, including welcoming visitors and guests, and processing incoming and outgoing mail, and answering, screen and forwarding incoming phone calls

Your profile ideally illustrates

• Completed commercial (KV) or equivalent qualification
• Excellent communication and relationship skills
• Structured, detail-oriented, reliable and high-quality way of working
• Efficient, customer-oriented thinking, independent and accurate work as well as prioritisation of tasks according to organisational guidelines
• Friendly manners and enjoy customer contact
• Excellent German and French (written and oral C1,). English as an advantage
• Excellent MS 365 Office user skills in the programs (Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel)
• Motivated team player with a high degree of initiative and flexibility
• Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission
