Your contribution will be

• Brand Development: Creating and implementing integrated marketing concepts (including print productions, guerrilla marketing, online campaigns, radio, and TV advertising) to mobilise target audiences and increase the brand awareness of VIER PFOTEN in Germany
• Positioning: Co-responsibility for the public positioning of VIER PFOTEN in line with the brand's vision and mission
• Target Group Analysis: Conducting target group analyses and media planning to communicate the right messages to the right audiences
• Network Building: Strengthening the VIER PFOTEN network and building partnerships with companies, media partners, and celebrities
• Campaign Work: Developing national communication campaigns and adapting international campaigns for the German market
• Project Management: Being responsible for marketing activities and production processes within the German team, including market research, timeline, and budget control
• Educational Work: Supporting informational and educational initiatives aimed at positively influencing consumer behaviour

Your profile ideally illustrates

• Completed degree or training in marketing, communication, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in marketing, ideally in the NGO sector
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Creativity and strategic thinking
• Experience working with external agencies and partners
• Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission
